Industry Experience
Williams Training and Compliance is led by Tim Williams, a highly experienced trainer and assessor with over 25 years of industry expertise across logistics, manufacturing, transport, heavy equipment operations, marine environments, emergency services and building and construction. This includes extensive hands‑on operational roles as well as senior responsibilities in safety, compliance and workforce capability.
With more than 20 years’ experience as a WHS Manager, he brings strong capability in risk management, incident prevention, regulatory compliance and the development of practical, site‑ready procedures.
This broad operational foundation ensures all training is grounded in real‑world practice, aligned with WHS legislation and tailored to the needs of construction, civil, logistics and primary industry workplaces.
